Terms of Service

Welcome to CA-Hub. These Terms of Service govern your use of our practice management software designed for Chartered Accountants. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License and Access

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, CA-Hub grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business operations.

2. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must ensure that all data uploaded to the platform complies with applicable local laws (including data privacy regulations).
• You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Data Ownership

You retain all rights and ownership to the client data and documents you upload to CA-Hub. We claim no intellectual property rights over your data. However, you grant us a license to host, process, and display this data solely as necessary to provide the Service to you.

4. Subscription and Payments

The Service is billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (such as monthly or annually). CA-Hub reserves the right to modify its pricing with a 30-day prior notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CA-Hub, its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
